How different are the needs from county to county?

Quite a bit different.

So one of the things that I think is really cool about community action is we are charged to conduct what's called a community needs assessment.

And we go through that process every few years.

And we really try to conduct a comprehensive review.

We talk to our customer base.

We talk to the public.

What's the stability of your government funding? Does it change from administration to administration and Congress to Congress?
