Um, when it comes to hunting a young dog first season with other dogs, like, do you like to hunt them with other dogs a lot? Do you like to give them a good mix of hunting independently and by themselves? Like, what do you do?

Mark PaytonGUEST
Yeah, no, a, a good mix of the two, you know? And, uh, it's just gonna de- depend upon the dog.

Mark PaytonGUEST
I mean, if I hunt them by themselves, if they're not hunting, well then they're gonna get a lot of work with another dog, you know? Mark PaytonGUEST
And I've got a Google Doc I can share with you if you wanna put it in the show notes where you, you can, uh, you can take, uh, print it off at a printer, and there's like seven eight and a half by elevens, and then you just kinda tape them together, and it's the outline of, of a, a, a pointing dog that you just, you know, transfer to plywood, cut it out, and, and so.

Mark PaytonGUEST
You know, if they- I just walk around with a bird full- a, a bag full of birds and my s- my silhouette.

So that regional advantage, as we put it then, we were looking to scale that into what is now a national platform.

Mark PaytonGUEST
And as we look into FY27, so this financial year we're now in, we see four key strategic priorities for the group.

Mark PaytonGUEST
Our origin, which was bringing across this hybrid model and scaling those direct investments, we are now looking to run those down on an asset by asset basis.
