Uh, talk about where that stands right now, because that was not the most super-duper display of, uh, Marcel Reed's career.

No. Marcel Reed, I think, pretty simply has regressed, and, uh, that's pretty upsetting.

Uh, you take a look at how he played against LSU last year, and it was very good.

Against M-Missouri the next week, he was outstanding.

Then he struggled in the first half against South Carolina, and then put on the best thirty minutes of a quarterback all season.

And then he struggled against Texas, and he struggled against Miami.

And then he was just okay in the first two games of the season.

Um, but tell me what you saw as far as trench play, because I can't disagree with Will Stein.

Is he potentially going to be a college football player again? Is, is he or anyone else a player that Elko and A&M may be interested in?

Um, there has been one A-Aggie player, former Aggie player, that has said that he wants to come back, but not at A&M.

And I think that's Jared Kerr, uh, who was a safety, and he saw his playing time evaporate last year because they've just got so many guys.

So it makes a ton of sense for him to go and, you know, look for another opportunity somewhere else.

But as for Moss, uh, I haven't heard anything yet.

He's got some legal issues that he's got to deal with right now, um, something that happened in Baton Rouge a couple weeks ago.

Um, so I don't know what he's gonna do.

Uh, tell me what you thought about Formby and tell me what you, the thoughts about Formby and Tyree Adams are.

Uh, is that a little bit of a break maybe for, uh, A&M? If you have to go on the road and play LSU, it's after that game.

Yeah, I think that it is, and I think there's also something that sits in the back of LSU's mind because A&M has whipped them two straight years.

Uh, they beat them at Kyle Field in 2024, and then, you know, basically caused ... 925 at Tiger Stadium.

So the Aggies have that confidence.

They now know that they have looked the boogeyman in the face and beaten him.

So they've got that.

I mean, obviously, uh, you know, shoot, if I wasn't covering a game, I'd love to be in Oxford for, for when LSU comes to town because that's just gonna be nuts.

Uh, talk about the blockers.

But talk about the pass game and what it could be this year with Marcel Reed and strictly just the I'm in the pocket, I'm flinging it downfield.

You know, that's the real thing.

You saw improvement last year where there were, for most of the season, he was patient.

He worked his progressions.

He stayed in the pocket.

But the last two games, he kind of got away from that and reverted to bad habits.

You know, quick looks and then run.

I'm just wondering about that personal relationship.
