It's really pretty similar from the early days and now.

And, you know, some of it started with people like my business school classmates who then 10, 15 years later, face different challenges and transitions and roadblocks.

And why am I successful, but I still feel kind of empty inside? What am I missing? I'm doing great at work, but my family's suffering.

How do I find this balance between work, life, sometimes faith? Who am I meant to be? Am I really creating a life I'm proud of? How should I measure my life? It just feels like the scorecard's off.

Maybe I haven't even thought about life as a scorecard, but it doesn't seem like I would get a very good grade.

Stuff like that, like real talk that would turn into sort of developmental conversations.
