G-ManPANELIST
23:00
The boys caught up with Mark Morri.
23:02
Saturday morning, 1 o'clock in the morning, guards hear this buzzing noise.
23:06
Anyway, a bit later, they've tracked and there's a drone which has dropped the package on the roof of Supermax, which houses some of the most dangerous, scary people in this country.
23:16
And inside were four mobile phones, 14 SIMs, a set of Allen keys, USBs, earphones.
23:23
It was JB Hi-Fi.
23:25
They were dropping it off.
23:26
Okay.

8 MINS LATER

31:05
scene for us.
109:46
On the weekend, yeah.
109:47
Yeah, and it was just overwhelmingly endorsed by all the delegates there.
109:51
I mean, I think there's been... a large amount of concern in our community about addiction to poker machines.
109:57
I mean, I've been campaigning on this, and every time I go to a meeting, there's either someone who comes up to me and tells me a story about they were addicted or they tell about a family member who is addicted.
110:06
So this is a start in reining back the let-it-rip attitude to having poker machines everywhere.
111:48
And I'm surprised there isn't facial recognition technology now because it's a pretty good way for the crooks to launder money through a poker machine.
111:55
Well, that's one of the other things about this, is that we believe there is a substantial wandering of money going through.
112:02
That's been identified, and the government has put in...
2:05
Yeah.
2:06
But what's not there and what we've got in here is a commitment to reduce poker machines in New South Wales, which is important.
2:14
But there are a number of safety measures around that, getting rid of advertising on sporting grounds, online advertising.
2:21
Some of the other things that we hope with this increased tax on clubs is to redirect that into services that are helping people not be addicted, getting off addiction, and financial counselling services, which is one of the things...
2:47
And I'm surprised there isn't facial recognition technology now because it's a pretty good way for the crooks to launder money through a poker machine.
2:54
Well, that's one of the other things about this is that we believe there is a substantial laundering of money going through.
3:00
That's been identified and the government has put in...
3:03
We worked with them on this motion.
37:01
And can you talk a little bit about that program and Sticker and what we have just designed and why that's important as well?
37:09
Sure, so initially I was contacted by a mother who had an autistic child and said, hey, do you have a program that would help out if an autistic child goes missing, right? And I said, no, we don't have any specific one, but she said, well, how about this one that Pensacola came up with called Take Me Home? So I looked at it and I actually spoke to the, he was a lieutenant at the time who had initiated that program and it was meant for autistic children.
37:39
That's what he started it for.
37:40
And it was basically a database that you know, the parents of an autistic child could, or person, could submit that person's information into a database and then a picture, and then if this person was non-verbal and patrol ran into them and they couldn't tell them who they were, we could pull up that database and say, this is where they belong.
38:03
And similarly, if this child went missing and they call them eloping, if the child elopes and the patrol deputy is responding, we want to try to find that child as soon as possible because a lot of times they're drawn to water or other dangerous situations.
38:18
So this database would allow us to pull that up to say, okay, the last time we found this child was in this area.
38:26
So the deputies could converge on that.
41:05
Let's go.
