But is there anything that you can speak to like women in those ages as to how to optimize their sleep? If they're, I mean, there's a lot that goes into it and, you know, stress and adrenal issues and cortisol, all of that blood sugar all plays a role, but it's, Is there anything that you think is really important for that specific age bracket as far as like getting really good restful sleep as they transition through those declining hormones?

One is that just as you mentioned, that there's things that anybody can do to optimize their sleep and then kind of double down on those things at times in anyone's life where they're having trouble sleeping.

like just these little brain foggy moments and I try to pay attention like okay where am I in my cycle and it's hormonal um but what what are some things to look for I like When do we start to think, okay, this is more of a problem than I just forgot where I parked for a minute or so? Like, what are some warning signs that we should be looking out for? And When it comes to dementia and memory loss, are those things, like those warning signs and those symptoms, are they reversible in many cases or all cases, some cases? What are we looking at here?
