Yeah.

Yeah, I think, uh, look, last year's defeat has been, you know, although it's a year, over a year ago, like was always fresh in my mind, um, in terms of making sure that we didn't make the same mistakes again.

Um, because look, we, we did make errors last year in the, in the lead-up to that game, and I'm not talking about on pitch, I'm talking about more about off pitch and in terms of the prep a- and things like that.

So I certainly learnt a huge amount from that, and as well as I vowed that we wouldn't make those same mistakes again.

So, um, look, between, I suppose myself and the rest of the coaching staff, like Jamie Cornett, uh, Greg, Tommer, um, Jack McGrath, I mean, I think the amount of work we put in in the two weeks leading up to the semifinal was, um, well, certainly the, the amount of work that the guys put in was sensational.

And so we wanted to make sure that we were as, as well-prepped as we could possibly be, um, so that at least... 'Cause we knew that the emotion of the occasion would be, um, I suppose, if not all-consuming, it would, it would certainly have an impact.

So we wanted to make sure that the guys who took the pitch were, um, had all the information that they needed, understood both, A, the gravity of the, the, the occasion, but also, um, hopefully we'd given them maybe tools to deal with that in terms of some of the mental prep, prep that we did.

But the sessions on Tuesday and Thursday, is that just about m- managing the load mentally and physically on the players to make sure they had the right message heading into the final? And how did you find that as a coaching staff?
