But today that s- is what I'm hearing from a lot of owners to be the best way that they have found, um, to be able to, um, you know, bring in new techs.

Absolutely.

Matter of fact, I, uh, we have a local community college here that has a, uh, excellent automotive program, and I sit on the advisory council for that.

Um, and we also are, the Bellevue Public Schools has recently, oh, maybe two, three years ago, um, reestablished their programs for automotive and, you know, the trades and, and, and whatnot.

So a matter of fact, the Metro Community College is the one up in Omaha, they actually built a gigantic trades building for the construction trades and the electricians trades.

So in their automotive program there, I think they built a brand new $6 million shop, uh, for both the automotive repair and the automotive body side of it.

So, you know, getting your, uh, for lack of a term, getting your hands on these, on these kids when they're still young and, and wanting to do it.

Wow.

I asked him all about what he does and why a Formula One team's garage is such an important place.

The garage really is the hub of the operation through the weekend.

Everything comes together within the garage, so we've, we've got engineers based in the office, and we've got support teams based in the UK and Italy, but it all comes together in the garage.

Throughout the weekend, we are limited by regulation to how many people we can actually have working on the car in terms of running the car, and that's, that's not just mechanics.

That's also the engineering team as well.

So we're limited to 58 people that can actually be part of the operation of the car.

Um, we can, we can bring many, many more people, um, such as marketing, communications, hospitality staff, but we're, we're limited by how many people we can actually use to run the car itself.
