Yeah, I was excited about this film when it was first released.

I mean, we're in high school.

This is like a junior in high school, but by this time, I've really started consuming films.

I loved Terminator quite a bit.

Uh, you know, Jim Cameron, love Jim Cameron.

And when I saw that this was coming out, it had some of the, one of the best teaser trailers back when they could actually do teaser trailers without showing pretty much anything except the logo.

I brought my roll of quarters with me, and let's just say that I'm a huge fan of the 1990... 1993, 92, uh, four, uh, the five, excuse me, 1995 version of mortal combat.

I still think that's one of the best video game adaptation films to date because they basically went ahead and took the exact thing you wanted from the game and made a live action version of it.

They didn't get too complicated really with it till kind of the end.

They got a little funny, but that was because of producers.

So I was a fan of that.

And ever since then the cinematic version, portrayals of Mortal Kombat have been lacking a bit because they've been trying to add more story and such.

He's got the best eyes on them.
