How have you found over the years ways of going about those kind of moments that have been affected?

That's a great question.

And look, I think, look, In ministry, in leadership, in church, it's people.

Okay, that's a given.

And we've already talked about the people, firstly.

Secondly, we're all flawed.

Yeah.

It's going to be healthy and they're going to let you know if it's probably not God's idea, if it's your idea with a wrong spirit or a wrong heart, right?

this is probably one of the most important rooms in the church not the physical room although that too you know uh but when men get together the opportunity for something there's no guarantee that will happen but the opportunity for something to happen that will be is profound can happen here's my thing when men get it things change when men get it You may say, well, what's it? Well, I'll talk about it in a second.

But when men get it, life's different.

Here's the deal.

When men don't get it, life is not good.

When men don't get it, when men, the call to be something that God has called you to be, to step up into that place, to lead and to carry God's presence into your families, into your homes, into your worlds, into your professions, When men get it, when the presence of God is on you and you get it, when certain things click and you lead, not necessarily because you're a leader, it's just because you're leading.

That influence that you have is absolutely powerful.
