And the attorney general is currently prosecuting three other folks that we found, and the Secretary of State's office believes they've got 20 other folks that have also voted as non-citizens.
7:05
Well, it's evidence that the system is not perfect, and it has never been perfect.
7:09
When I tried the documentary proof of citizenship case in Kansas federal court, it was found that because the state wanted everybody to produce a piece of, you know, to produce a document showing that they were a citizen, more than 12% of the people who attempted to register were not allowed to register to vote.
7:30
Do you want to deprive 12% of the people of their right to vote just so one person who shouldn't be allowed to vote doesn't vote? The evidence in that case was that in the last 25 or 30 years in Kansas, only about 29 or 30 non-citizens have voted.
7:53
Some more have been allowed to register, but they haven't voted.
7:56
But the thing is, The problem, by and large, has been with the DMV.
8:02
People coming in to register their cars, to pay the sales taxes on their cars, are asked, do you want to register to vote? And a lot of people would react by saying, if I say no, am I committing a crime not to want to register to vote? So they would go ahead and say yes.
12:29
will be assured that all of these laws that I've worked so hard to put in place to find noncitizens on the voter rolls and get them off, and all the laws that are on the books to stop noncitizens from voting are going to remain on the books.
6:09
It's a
6:09
dumb little thing.
6:11
It's a dumb little thing, but you just throw it off the boat and look, and you can do that, right? Yeah, that's easy enough to do.
6:18
That's easy enough.
6:20
So one of the things that comes out of that is...
6:25
It's less, not to say that it isn't entirely, but your better fishing is during the outflow from the high tide coming out of Galveston Bay to the low.
6:38
The center part of that time is when that flow reaches its highest velocity, and your predators are likely there.
10:51
Okay.
9:36
Well, I guess sort of following on from that, given your role at AGM, what do you think are the key skills required across our economy and how is the local job market tracking?
9:49
Really sophisticated questions there that I need to kind of break down.
9:52
So the laziest thing, and you can ask any recruiter to sort of give you a market update, is they'll say defence, T2D and government, because that's where the majority of the investment has been from a jobs perspective thing.
10:07
I think we've got, I did a post on this the other day, small medium enterprises really are the backbone of Australia.
10:14
There's no actual ABS data on the people that are employed by small medium businesses in South Australia, but it's huge.
10:21
And I calculated it to be something like 60%, right? So rather than focusing on those industries, it's, the construction companies, the small healthcare businesses, the professional service ones, all these ones that you don't hear about or don't come up in Google that are really going to be the future for South Australia.
10:41
I'm actually holding a – at Sky City, I've got Susan Stone, Chief Economist of Uni Adelaide or Adelaide Uni, whatever they're called now.

happened.
9:39
Mark, where do aggressive market expansions typically break down and how do you keep teams aligned?
9:45
I'm going to answer this in sort of at a high level, just because the complexity is unique in many cases to each organization.
9:52
But what I've learned over the years is that growth is rarely what breaks a company.
9:59
It's poor preparation that breaks a company.
10:03
So most leaders will think that expansion is a sales challenge.
10:07
In reality, it's an execution challenge.
10:11
So there's always gonna be what I call a handoff between the win and the delivery, right? So the win is sales growth entering a new market, but that delivery is that operating model.
14:05
Mark, tell us, how should a founder decide between a fractional executive and a full-time hire using operational matrix?
3:50
So I know what it's like to get tumbled for all that time, pop up and see your board already 50 yards away and headed farther away, have to swim back to the
4:00
beach.
4:01
And so you've got to physically feel these things called energy forces, right? Oh, God, yeah.
4:07
And these energy forces have the capability of, I believe in the state of Texas, it's Of the 367 miles of the Texas coast, 4.1 feet of it erodes every year because of this energy.
4:25
Now, that's thousands and tons of sand being deposited and redeposited.
4:33
Now, let's go on and let me describe to you some things for everybody so they also understand how this works.
4:41
Waves... are generated by the amount of inclination that that area has as the wave energy comes in, and as it comes in, that angle and inclination determines that wave front.
