is there any specialized tools that you use during inspection

sure um we we use um an infrared scanner right so the infrared scanner is any any leaks or any water intrusions that's coming from let's say concrete walls from like a leaking pipe behind right that we can't see like because it's behind the infrared would actually see that there's a cold spot and then um because it it senses heat so when In the one area that doesn't have that cold spot, it'll just be room temperature, like let's say orange or red.

But in that one cold spot, it would be blue.

So we can conclude that there is a possible leak behind that area.

So you're not just opening up all the walls, right? We're kind of selecting certain areas.

So an infrared scanner is one, right? We do have another tool that we use.

It's a camera that's attached to a long hose like very very long so we can use that for pipe inspections so it's a camera that we can kind of just roll through it's probably like 50 meters long so we can kind of go through the whole house and then we also have like electrical testers as well like a meager tester to making sure the electrical is actually installed correctly yeah i mean uh and and really uh our really best tool or what really makes us uh work is our engineers right our engineers is really where um our business um really shines because um they're amazing with our clients you know what i mean like in in means of taking what is technical then translating it into something that is understood so they understand what's the next move can we buy this house or engineer do you recommend this like is it safe to buy so they they take what was super very complicated and everything and then in the end make it simple so it's they they can feel that i can move forward

right?
