Well, obviously whoever gets the job is going to have a young team in front of them, depending on what happens at the end of the year too with some other players.

So it's going to be a couple of development years.

Good players from other clubs and it's very hard for us at the moment knowing that we're down the bottom.

Free agency has become a huge issue, I think, for clubs down the bottom because all the free agents want to go to the better clubs.

They don't want to go to the lesser clubs because it's their last part of their career.
