What goes into planning for this when you have the city expanding like this population-wise but also building out these new communities?

Well, we have a supervisor of strategic planning whose job is to liaise with the city and use a program called Barrager to sort of look into the future and see how many students or how many school-aged children each dwelling will sort of yield.

And then really look at how many of those students come with us.

It's usually about two-thirds to the public system, one-third to the Catholic system.

And at that point, it's a question of looking at where should we look at boundaries, where should we look at accommodating growth with some relocatables, and where it is that we need a new school.

And certainly when you have a new subdivision, it's kind of easy.
