So I think it'll be interesting to see how that develops as we have more information, which I think will lead us nicely into talking about the diagnosis of these patients, right? So can you describe your process when a patient has IEC enterocolitis and the differential and what would your workup entail?
13:21
Absolutely.
13:22
And so this is where I kind of came in at MD Anderson, and I worked with a fantastic group of physicians in a multidisciplinary way.
13:29
And so we could have never done this without the myeloma department, the pathology department, the GI department, who have really helped us to define the assays and the processes necessary to diagnose this disorder.
13:42
And so we have a common clinical pathway now.
13:46
wherein when a patient comes in with concern for IEC colitis, we basically activate a group of researchers and clinicians who are focused on this pathology.
13:55
We perform upper endoscopy at a minimum in these patients, typically both upper and lower endoscopy.

So I'd be curious to see what your thoughts on our biomarker timing and reporting being harmonized across centers so that we're better able to characterize, understand, and treat the enterocolitis toxicity related to these immune effector cells.
