From your seat at the table as a CHRO, how should organizations, how should leaders, how should other human resource leaders think about creating environments where psychological safety is considered an important, uh, characteristic or, um, an important aspect of the environment?

Well, I think that the first thing to do is don't talk about it from a label perspective.

Don't say, "Hey, we as a company, uh, s- you know, have a strong psychological safety component, and it's important to us." Words don't matter when it comes to this.

It's actions.

So don't label it.

Don't necessarily talk.

Do it.
