... because they make the big decisions and the tough calls.

But actually I think leaders today, um, particularly some of the leaders that have been around for quite some time, they just need to work with somebody like us just to upskill, just to make them aware of things they're not possibly thinking of.

You know, for example, I, I know a number of leaders from my previous, you know, roles and, and careers and what have you, where they've not considered the impact to people downstream and it's about j- really walking them through that as a story, explaining that story, explaining that scenario.

And, and, and it... you can't win them all.

Some leaders, you know, view their way of delivering in an organization as correct because that's how they learnt it, that's how they've been trained, that's how they've grown throughout the years.

What I think, for me, it, it's a really clear point as to why change management adds value You know, because it's not just about being on the ground going, "Well, bring your teams along and we're gonna help them through something." No, no, no.

... employee, what could you recommend for a person who really, uh, who understand what he or she will live in a fast-changing world, the continuously changing world? What should they do? What could they do for preparing for this reality?
