[laughs]

It was better off used as a [laughs] hanging bowl or whatever.

But, uh, that's, you know, the whole thing in Flint, Michigan.

Uh, Ann Arbor, Pontiac, Saginaw, Bay City, those, all those, uh, you know, Motor City, uh, they had, everybody had a factory, uh, contributing to, you know, what our state was known for and, uh, what Detroit, in fact, was called the Motor City.

Uh, they still call it the Motor City, even though, you know, a lot of the, the jobs and a lot of the factories moved out as, uh, the pressure, uh, moved in.

And, and they paid, uh, Congress [laughs] helped the- out the ones that wanted to move their factories offshore.

Uh, with our tax dollars, they helped them out and g- and gave them a, a, a head start and put our people out of work.

Uh, any covers that, that you particularly liked?

Did you ever get down and write songs when you were not feeling good?

Yeah, I wrote Mean Mistreater when I got down.

That was, uh, when I first took delivery of my Fender Rhodes piano.

I lived in this house I was renting that had a big attic, and it was just one giant room over the house, and I had the people from the music store set it up up there so that I could have all that sound around me.

And w- when they left and I was the only one in the house, and I went up and I started playing the song, my hands came down on those chords.

I'd never played those chords before.

I'm not a keyboard player.

Great.

You want to briefly talk about that experience of your life and what that has meant to you once you came back and continued living?

Sure.

Yeah, when I exited the bone suit, I was on a gurney in emergency in Harper Hospital in Detroit, plugged to an external pacemaker that they hit me with so much force electrical energy it put me into a convulsion and i died when i left the bone suit i call it when i exited the bone suit i knew all things as soon as the spirit leaves the body it is back where it started from in my case this is how You know, I'm not saying everybody's going to experience the same thing, but this is how I experienced it.

I knew all things.

I even knew the purpose of these earth years that we are living now as what it had to do with eternity.

I did not bring that back with me.
