Let me start off with just saying from a personnel and process standpoint, you know, uh, Michelle Tarver, Dr. Tarver, who's the center director, has really been a breath of fresh air.

Um, and we just-- she just did a town hall here in Minneapolis with Medical Alley, and, uh, we had, you know, over 300 attendees, and she came with some of her colleagues, uh, as well, and they had a panel, and then they did breakout sessions.
