Noah MarksHOST
Who owns the governance of it and how are you approaching it from within the organization?

Mark DeaconGUEST
Yeah, so I'll touch on like our AI operating system and how we kind of implemented governance around that.

Mark DeaconGUEST
And so we started building out because we had these third party tools and then people in the organization started building out like, you know, random point solutions for various things within their world.

Mark DeaconGUEST
And we were like, this is great but you know as this starts to build out you're going to end up with this siloing effect of all these tools potentially those tools are only known by that individual if they were to leave you know that tool that they've built or that knowledge goes with them um and there's no kind of consistency across the board uh and so I've been working on this AI operating system where it allows leaders to connect into it, build tools, but under like a consistent framework, even the way that they use cloud code.

Mark DeaconGUEST
You know, if they're doing like a push to GitHub, on code, it actually runs through a full process.

Mark DeaconGUEST
Like the process we have is where it will do a full code review and I've implemented like Codex, like OpenAI's Codex to actually review it because I find it's better for doing that than Cloud Code.

Mark DeaconGUEST
And it will go through like a full, you know, it will go through like smoke testing, regression testing, everything as part of that before it pushes it to our live code base.

What are you kind of thinking about in terms of the possibilities and the capabilities moving forward?
