It's fine.

You know, because that experience is just to get them on the stage and whether they're singing or not, they've had an experience on the stage.

So there's a wide scale of how I do that.

Now, if we're talking specifically about Singology, the community choirs, I am very very easy with them in rehearsals because it's about the connections that they make it's about their support of each other it's about that cohesion that comes from them knowing each other even more so I'm super easy we learn some songs we have a great time we eat some cake we drink some drink we go away and you know the following week we come back and it's like Oh, this is so nice.

And then we've got a performance coming up.

And so I tell them, next week, ladies and gentlemen, is rehearsal for performance.

And they get it.
