So for anyone out there thinking, I am too old or I'm too out of shape or whatever, what advice do you have for them?

Would be probably to be third, but... you can start with walking walking walking is there's so many benefits of just moving and not being not sanitary and then and the fact of the matter is it's like you know a quality muscle mass it's correlated with longevity um and people a lot not everyone likes to grind out in the gym and you know pick up figure out what to do figure out a routine push themselves you know to the point where your body's push yourself with a stimulus hard enough where your body's going to have to respond so my advice would be to find something you like to do or find someone you like to do something with and try to find something you'd be consistent with and You have to sometimes get out of your comfort zone.
