Well, they're

giants.

And, you know, I think humans have always had a fascination with giants.

You know, there's the Jack and the Beanstalk story.

Biblically, it's David and Goliath.

And what it is in modern times, it's a small business against the corporation.

But I believe it's that we like the little man fighting against the giant, and we like to know that the little guy kind of wins.

How does it feel to be part of that and part of the regeneration of Route 66, making it attractive and keeping it alive? Because in 100 years' time, when it's 200 years, they'll look back and say, yeah, there was this guy, Mark Klein, who did these amazing things for the centenary.

And so was the land search good, Mark? Tell me what happened there.

Yeah, really interesting, right? You plan for A, you kind of wait for B to come, and then it's usually C or D.

So, you know, great realtor, knew the area.

We've always lived in urban settings, so wanted to find someone who knew what to look for in rural settings, because all of our state parks are obviously in rural settings.

Went to the first couple and could imagine something taking place there, but realized we would have to be creating everything around it.

There was no natural draw.

There's no reason for someone to be there other than we thought we'd create a cool experience.
