How many attorneys? How many officers?

There are three attorneys at this time.

One of the significant aspects of my practice in terms of number of attorneys is that in 2005, I was looking for some way to make income outside of the mathematics of the number of hours that could be worked.

And also looking for a way to take out the overhead that comes with putting in more producers in order to try and make more income on that math.

And I was looking for a way to do that, and I attended an American Bar Association law practice management seminar, and they talked about alternative billing methods, and they talked about something called value pricing.

And value pricing, to put it in a familiar word, is just flat fees.

They mentioned a book called Value Pricing by a an author of CPA in California named Ron Baker.
