Can you give any example of a program or a charity that has directly benefited from your walk?

Absolutely.

So the way it works is True Patriot Love now runs the walk.

I ran it for a number of years and then it became too big with too much potential.

So True Patriot Love took it over a couple of years ago.

And they do a lot of work themselves in counseling and and different programs that they offer, but they also support community organizations.

So to give you an example, part of the proceeds from the Canadian Walk for Veterans will go to mental health programs with organizations like military family resource centers.

after nearly a decade doing this walk, what would you like to see change for veterans in this country? Even if I was to say, what would you like to see for our veterans in the next five years?
