So why don't you two talk about the partnership of DLC and LVT to start, and we'll go

So when I first came to DLC, we had several of the live view mobile units at the shopping centers.

I had never used the technology before, and I was kind of a little bit skeptical.

But we have found it, I have found them to be very helpful, not only from a security standpoint, but from a property management standpoint, where we have properties spread out.

We have managers that manage assets in states that they don't live in.

To give us eyes on our, we can put eyes on our own shopping centers.

And how does that relationship

So Mark, tell us about the college and more specifically what your carpentry courses involve.

So, uh, at Northampton College we run brickwork, carpentry, paint, multi skills, electrical, plumbing, and surveying.

Um, fairly new for construction at Northampton College.

Um, electrical's been here for a number of years, but for construction trades, they've only been here for the last eight years, and we've, we've p- progressed to around 500 full-time students now and 150 apprentices.

So it's really expanded in the time.

Uh, carpentry, we do level one, two and three.

We do part-time courses and we do apprenticeships.

Um, so first of all, can you tell me how that came about and what it means to you and the other tutors at the college?
