I mean, people flew from all over for this, right? They did.

So where the power really came into play here was the thematic analysis that AI can do within seconds of looking at everyone's verbatim responses to the questions in the survey.
4:14
look for themes and patterns that are really hard for humans to see without spending a lot of concerted effort and time and heads down time.
4:22
And that's not necessarily realistic.
4:25
And we think we would go through the list and see what everybody said, and most people just scan it.
4:32
AI was able to say, okay, what are the patterns that emerged? And sure enough, without oversteering it comes up with themes to say okay here's what's on people's minds here's what's bothering the team members coming here's what they want to get out of this session and the more they share in these open-ended questions in the pre-work the more intelligence you can get and then ai is able to help us figure out Hey, if I'm walking into a room, is it going to be a warm reception? Is it going to be chilly or somewhere in between? And then taking the next step like, okay, AI, help me set up this meeting to open up the room with the biggest aha moment that captures their attention in those first two minutes.
5:23
And that's exactly what I did is like, all right, so you're seated in the room.
