Where are you from originally, and where are you now, and what do you do?
7:35
Uh, I was born in, uh, Temple, Texas and, uh, I live out in a little community, uh, east of Temple in a town called Zophickville.
7:43
And, uh, I'm a project engineer for a laminate manufacturing company in Temple.

26:32
Yeah, how did it start?
26:33
...
26:33
in the early, early 1900s, and, um, you know, it kinda started just wanting to get the community to come out and, and, uh, celebrate a meal and, and, uh, just enjoy everybody's company.

... at the midst of this? And then he's like, "Hey, I wanna have a nightcap.
3:49
Why don't you guys come back to the residence?" And we go back to the residence, and we have a glass of wine with him, and he regales us with stories about the Holy Father and like what it's like to be a billionaire and of have a vow of poverty at the same time, and we're like, "This is amazing." And we finish that evening, and we're driving back to the convent very late, like 10:30, 10:45.
4:11
We'd been in bed by like 8:45, 9:00 every other night.
4:14
And so we get back, and what do you do after you hang out with the archbishop and have a couple of drinks? I get the munchies, and I'm like, "I want some cookies.
4:22
I remember there were cookies in the cafeteria.
4:24
Let's go in and see if we can find the cookies." So we walk into the cafeteria and [sniffs] what is that? Do you guys smell that? And so we run into the kitchen.
