I didn't see that coming.

Well, Like I said, when I first came here, we didn't run rescue calls.

And I got put on the rescue truck because, like I said, I had prior experience with another department a little bit.

But one of the first major accidents I worked, a train hit a delivery truck going through town.

So I was born and raised in this town.

And got there to the call and started cutting the top off the truck.

And lo and behold, it's a man I'd known all my life.
