So to kick off our discussion, we're going to talk about HER2 mutations and their role in treatment selection for non-small cell lung cancer.

And then we'll review some of the clinical data and practical considerations for treatment selection and toxicity monitoring and management.

You know, I think overall the efficacy and tolerability, you know, I think are a little bit better in Zungertinib, but they're also mechanistically different, and I think that may give some opportunities for sequencing, you know, so they're, you know, they do a little bit different things, and I think there'll be advantages to having drugs that are a little bit different, yeah.
