Because when you talk about creating systems, creating a process, these guys and girls are where they are for a reason.

They're doing things really well.

But because of the high standards that they have, because they're constantly pushing that edge, that limit, oftentimes they don't give enough credit to the great things that they're doing, and sometimes they don't even see it.

It's just, that's just expectation.

And for me, it's never about handing out gold stars.

It's never about handing out trophies.
