Marissa TeeterGUEST
Instead of stopping and pausing, which for a lot of people I realize is very hard to do, it's a privilege in a lot of ways to be able to stop and self-reflect and go, what do I really want to do and how do I make this what I want it to be? And you and I were talking about this earlier is that you may be someone who craves and wants to teach people and wants to educate, but you don't have to be a teacher to be an educator.

Marissa TeeterGUEST
right i wanted to just help people and when i was applying to universities i was originally doing it pre-med i wanted to be a doctor and switched at the last minute thank goodness um i love doctors but that was too much schooling for me and but i realized wow i don't have to be a doctor to help people and so i think we get caught in these personas that number one we start to identify with what i should be doing in this role the expectations are of someone in this role And then I think we really get stuck in the idea of, well, I'm a teacher.

Marissa TeeterGUEST
I could never be a insert crazy idea or goal or passion that you might really have.
