And I didn't, it took me a while to realize, but what was happening in my disease, and even prior to when things were very, very bad in my disease, was I was comfortable- In certain behaviors and certain spaces and certain ways of thinking, right? I was comfortable in that for very long, and then it became an absolute addiction and a habit to numb out those feelings that I, you know, was uncomfortable with, uh, you know, with, with alcohol.
