And it's just, it's very difficult.

That's like, you know, that's why I said I got pummeled because we do a lot of, uh, of jobs that are built not as many cod jobs but we're starting to we got a real good sales funnel going we finally making real attraction in the cod business which we never really did before we just did a lot like united states military we had account work we had restoration contracts and those are all starting to come back uh you know they got away from us a little bit and then they wanted um you know some of my clients they went elsewhere and then found out that like...

The grass is not greener on the other side.

So now they're back in it.

I mean, like it happens, but it was like, for me, it was like the perfect storm.

But like I said, I'm still here, still fighting it and fighting the good fight.

From the dispatch window to the curb, as a friend of mine used to always say, or still says, is most important than anything.

But I think everything's done.

I think a lot of the companies survive because they have a good system.

Their guys aren't that good and they're doing basic products.

They're showing up, they're in uniform and they're polite.

What can you do to get there? What will get you there?
