So in the, in the operation from Dubai, we're a very small boutique, uh, dev- uh, development company, I would say, real estate company.

For us, what's important to take an A to Z service.

What does it mean? I have my own tax advisor, Hannes Dunho.

He's taking care of all the tax structures for our German, Austrian, Swiss, and high-net-worth individuals.

Then we have as well him, who is doing all the company formations, and then us as a real estate company who's taking care to create a portfolio for our clients, purchasing the deals, reselling the properties, or renting the properties.

For me, what's important that the client get everything from one company and doesn't have to spring around three to four companies, and that's why I hold it very small.
