The dual eligibles are, in my mind, the reminder of what complex whole person care is all about.

Because when you say the nuances of it, I think there are similarities in terms of a vast array of needs that people bring to the table.

But when you think about the dual eligibles, you're adding complexity of navigating multiple systems.

That's the thing that I see as the greatest nuance.

And you're really talking about providers and community groups as well, providers.

What words of wisdom would you offer to them as they're thinking through kind of getting into healthcare and really kind of focusing a career in this path? What would you say to them?
