Yeah.

i'll give you the rundown so close uh i had somebody call me and said hey i've got somebody looking to buy a home in orlando but they've got a home that they need to sell um they had originally reached out to one of those buy and cash programs and they got a number back that was insanely low and so i had already walked through the property and knowing the market knowledge that i know i was like this is going to be an easy sell if you were to take it to the market But they were in the process of moving.

The home definitely was not ready for videos or photos or anything.

But I felt like it didn't necessarily even need that in order to get it sold.

So when I was putting together a proposal, I was trying to think, what are some ways to accommodate their needs? But also get this home sold.

So I put together this proposal for a seven day listing agreement.

I was like, hey, hire me for seven days and I'll see if I can get this home sold.

What are you looking at right now in pivots?
