So any suggestions for how do we kind of get through that, navigate through this in a more positive way? Because it can be very daunting right now.
15:57
Yeah.
15:58
I think there's two things.
16:00
One, we started this company and this journey thinking about how do we empower human beings? How do we give agency back to each one of us? And I believe that truly comes from unlocking what we can do and how we know things.
16:18
And so if I'm able to give you a narrative and a story around your skills, and the reason you're qualified at this proficiency level of this skill is because you have demonstrated it here, here, and here.
16:33
I think that is a very powerful shift in your own personal narrative.
16:38
I've seen it in action.

5 MINS LATER

22:08
So for you, Marie, what do you think is the most important ingredient for being able to do that?
26:25
If somebody says, "I'm good at communication, I'm good at problem-solving," or, "I'm good at kind of, you know, emotional intelligence," bring it to life a little bit for us around how do you help them actually objectively test and validate that you are at a level three, you are at a level two?
26:40
So there's a few ways we do it.
26:42
One of the ones that we are most jazzed about right now is something we call Skills Quests.
26:47
So we have a library of dozens and dozens of different challenges that people can go into and be able to test their knowledge, test their skills in action.
26:57
So they have a real-world scenario or maybe a little bit more fantasy, depending on which scenario they pick.
27:03
They read through the challenge, they immerse themselves in the situation, and they need to be able to interact with the individuals, with the situation, with the different tasks to be completed, and they have to go through a series of objectives to successfully complete the quest.
27:18
But every quest has a series of skills at a specific proficiency that they need to be able to demonstrate.
31:51
Yeah.
