What are the hidden metrics? I can't think of a better term, but the hidden metrics or behaviors that teams should look for before it's too late?

Yeah, I think you've mentioned one already.

So latency, and that's one of the most popular one.

But one thing that I guess a lot of people maybe don't know is there is this idea of tail latency, which is it basically refers to your small percentage of requests that basically take significantly longer you know, longer to process for a small amount of users.

And, you know, I'm not saying that latency is not a good metric to track.

You know, if you look at the average, it might show that your application is healthy, but then pay latency.

So this is where you look at what your P95 is or your P99.

And so When people are using these, what are the critical items that people need to be looking for when using these from logs, metrics, traces in their systems? Because it's cool to set these things up and then they go, cool, what next?
