What would be your top career highlights?

Yeah.

So I went to school for fine art at a place called Bennington College, kind of in the middle of the woods in Vermont.

Uh, we had a fantastic architecture program there as well, and so as I was going through the art studio buildings, I would always walk by people making models and have always been very interested in the architecture world.

My husband, now co-founder, Austin, is also a practicing licensed architect, so I have been really surrounded by architecture for a lot of my life.

But I myself am not an architect.

I come from the art and real estate side of this industry.

But a great question for the room is, at what point do you know you've shifted from SaaS to critical infrastructure? What milestone proves it?

So as to the question of repeatable expansion, this is a risk averse and highly trust based industry.

So we had a very fun call with a design technology team at one of the world's largest architecture firms on Friday.

and they basically said we see absolutely no reason why if this works in our initial test case this couldn't become something that we roll out in very short term to all of our offices at least in the us where we have the codes process today if it doesn't work in our initial testing we're not going to use it anywhere so there is really just a delineation of does it work or does it not work? When it works, the rollout sells itself inside the firm.

When it doesn't work, we've got much bigger problems and we haven't yet found a place where it doesn't work.

Thinking about the regulators and the question of how do we know we've gone beyond a point solution to a piece of infrastructure for the built world? Those are one in the same.

When we have achieved our goal of creating a common data layer that both the private industry and the government use to validate the compliance of a building before it goes in for permit, we will have become at least the first vision pass of what infrastructure looks like.
