Adjin and I used, used to do those every two weeks, and they were great, as you say, because it, it got people together in a room to focus on something positive.

And I, I think we're always in healthcare focusing on the negative and what goes wrong, and this was kind of a, a shift in thinking of w- of all the things that are going well.

And I know our director of nursing had said to us to, you know, to make it fun.

And so that was a challenge to, to put such a, such a large sort of framework and, and, and twist it into something fun, like our competitions and our trolley competitions, but also kind of helping people see all the things that are going well and all the things they're contributing to that make this a great place to work.

[laughs]I think there was a time, was there a time that we were gonna be, gonna be told and we were kind of all on tender hooks?
