No, you're absolutely right.

But I think we need to take a step back because in all what Trump is doing right now is trying to obfuscate who actually has, in writing, by our Constitution, the ability to administer our election system.

And it is not the federal government.

It is, by design, the states.

And so there is a very clear document that the justices, whether they like it or not, have to actually follow.

And one of the things I think that we have to also realize is that the American people should be in high alert, because, yes, they're trying to disenfranchise you, but that's the only thing that we truly believe, as Americans, unites us, is access to that voting booth.

It feels to me they're talking about the president's little private militia that he pardoned on his first day back in office.
