Um, and I think that one of the, the things that it's not ever been a big thing for me, but it's certainly a huge thing in this office, and that's talking to therapists and talking to counselors and, and sharing that, not with someone that you're working with and not with someone who's your best friend, and not over a glass of wine where it all gets slurred.

Cassandra says to me all the time, "Mum, you must be one of the only people I know that doesn't have a therapist." I think I've had to learn to be my own therapist to some extent, 'cause it wasn't such a, you know, people didn't do that as much as they do it now.

Um, and I'm just that sort of person that looks at, like, weighs up the good, weighs up the bad, gives myself a good talking to and keeps going, you know? Um, I look at bad and I turn it into good.
