So, of course, in the beginning, I had a lot of pushback, like, you know, Here and there, certain nationalities more than other.

Like, no, I don't want to do this.

But is that something that you track, you know, energy, enthusiasm, positivity? What is worth tracking in terms of data when you're looking for school improvement, I guess?
