There's no way for you guys to know that.

There's no way for us to know that at all.

And so that was one of the things looking back, we knew that they had had to have been coached on that for the simple fact that they didn't have that, you know, and The bad thing a lot of times, Paul, is that really when we're trying to talk to the customers, they believe the story.

The stories are believable.

And so then we have to be very careful how we talk to the customers because a lot of times they get quite agitated.

You know, this is my money.

You can't stop me from sending my money.

Even if they close that account and that customer cashes it out, you guys have seen them, you've seen scams where the customer is trying to take cash out, right?
