If you are having a thought and a feeling that something is off, in my case, I was catering at Lincoln Center and I had two bottles of wine, and I, I, I literally had the thought, "This is not my life.

This is not me." And so it was a, like a lightning bolt.

So it was an intense thought, voice, an intense meaning of this is not good news, and therefore an intense feeling of something's gotta change, something's gotta change.
