Uh, it started out, I grew up playing team sports like hockey.

I play tennis too, and I just started doing a bit of running, just trying to get fitter.

Uh, t- instantly got hooked, uh, on the longer distances.

As soon as I realized I could run, like, a half marathon, I was, I was just hooked.

Signed up to a marathon, and within probably three or four months of my first ever run, uh, I, I ran the Cork Marathon, just snuck under four hours.

And yeah, was just, fell in love with marathons.

Oh, yeah.
