If you look at customers today and you think about the experience they have across many different products, and you think about just engagement and how many things are trying to get their attention, we really have thought about, how do we just make people feel like when I get my PC and I set up for the first time and I get to that desktop, I feel calm.

I feel like I know where things are.

It's familiar.

And then control.

If I wanna do more, I can go into Start, I can configure my taskbar, I can configure widgets.

A- and related to that, what is the single most effective way for power users to, you know, report issues to you guys or get involved in this process? Like, what would really help you guys out from your average customer or your power users?
