How does that sort of friction play out positively for customers?

Yeah.

So first of all, it's great to know you for 20 years, literally 20 years and kind of working together on these things.

If you look back in the early days, you can kind of banter it was friction.

But on the other hand, right, we were all like in the line of fire from like we had customers 20 years ago that I think had higher demands that we could actually fulfill technically or also on how we delivered products.

our services, right? And so it was, I would say there was friction always like, hey, I need dispatchers faster.

I remember the early days of like, no, we need to get this upstream first.

But how are you seeing that connecting to the cleanup work that you've already done?
