there? Well, it's a complex area.

The growth duty.

So for those people who don't understand what a growth duty is, it's a requirement on regulators to stimulate economic growth.

Now, obviously regulators already have lots of duties and they will vary by a regulator.

So some regulators have a duty to maintain public health or safety or to create a level playing field for businesses who are competing in an audit market or whatever it is.

So putting on top the gross duty adds obviously responsibilities and regulators need to think about that.

So what are your thoughts there? What's the impediment?
